What would you have done if that wasn't the answer to the puzzle, and you'd just bashed a man's head in with a rock?

It obviously was, though. I killed my best friend right after you! I wouldn't fuck around like that if I didn't know you'd both be safe!

Do you often engage in those kind of puzzles...?

A lot, yeah. Once, we had to figure out how to disarm a bomb, but every time it exploded, we just reset. And the puzzle was boring, so we just reset until we picked the right thing.

Just bear in mind we might not always get resets.

I know. We're going to have to claw our way to getting anybody back. I wouldn't risk anyone's life like that, outside of an obvious puzzle.
