[Well, I have difficult news for you, but Magnus is walking towards him in a very obvious way, because he keeps shaking his hips. Bad.]

kara holds up a hand to stop him, still refusing to look at him. ]

Fine. Just - trying to fight the effects. If I look at you, I won't be able to.

We received a couple of items afterward, but aside from that - no. It was all just some game.

...Sort of. They made it into a game like the trials - we were detectives, and we had to find a murderer.

It was Steph. We had to do an execution and kill her to get out.

Evidently it was her or us. We got to her first, though.

I remember the four of you talking about that. Did you at least get something useful out of it - items or something?

[Hmm. Steph had a hard week - that feels bad to hear.]

Yeah. I got a healing thing, Anaido too. Phoenix got something that'll help with investigations and Taako got some kinda magic knife.

We didn't get healing items, but most of ours will be good for investigations. And one that could help someone on curfew night - either as the killer or the victim they chose.

Something that lets you stay awake? Who got that one?

Nothing like that. It just lets the wearer stop time for a short period. Ash has it, if you want more details.

It will be, yeah. Steph only got one second on us when the execution started, but it was enough for her to hit me and run. I'm not the exact time on the watch, but it's definitely more than that.
