[ she reaches up to pet puppy... she's shivering pretty terribly, expression miserable. ]

[ ahhhh, that breaks her a bit. she lets out that shivery sort of pre-cry breath, and hugs him as tightly as she can manage, which... isn't much. she's also shaking still. ]

It is. [ her voice is miserable. ] I'm tired, Magnus.

It's okay. You can be tired for a bit if you wanna. Nothing wrong with that.

[He gets the sense Beau tries to be tough for other people a lot, doesn't she?]

she rests her head against his shoulder for a minute, maybe, and tries to get her breathing under control. and pets doggy. that helps. ]
