I was talking to Majima and wondering if it's maybe a power. Like someone's power is to become that. They have a scrunchie, just like the rest of us.

Kinda, yeah. But it could be useful for spreading information anonymously. Or for killing people without their identity being revealed.

I'm mostly just not convinced it's not one of us. Especially since they won't let anybody get close to them.
